Squadron Officers

The Squadron's Officers are responsible for running parade nights, coordinating events and mentoring cadets. They work together with parents, the Branch Committee and Queensland Group to offer new experiences and opportunities to the cadets.

First Officer Lucas Dugdale
Squadron Officer Commanding​​

First Officer Dugdale joined the Squadron in 2012 as a Cadet, and transferred to Officer duties upon turning 18. He is now serving as the Squadron OC, who is responsible for the running of the Squadron and communication with parents and Queensland Group.

First Officer Nicholas Bassett
Squadron Adjutant

First Officer Bassett joined the Squadron in 2011 as a Cadet, and is now serving as the Squadron Adjutant. He is responsible for processing paperwork, attendance and Squadron reports.

Warrant Officer Kristy Hesketh
Squadron Education Officer

Warrant Officer Hesketh joined the Squadron in 2020 after serving as a volunteer with the Girl Guides. She is responsible for the Squadron's education curriculum and nominations for education competitions.

Warrant Officer Tristan Duncombe
Squadron Drill Officer

Warrant Officer Duncombe joined the Squadron at age 8, and worked his way up the ranks to become the Squadron Sergeant, before being appointed as Squadron Drill Officer in 2020. He is responsible for the Squadron's drill programme and nominations for drill competitions.

Warrant Officer Allie Blanchard

Squadron Quartermaster

Warrant Officer Blanchard joined the Squadron in 2020 after serving as a volunteer with the Girl Guides. She is responsible for inventory management and ordering uniforms.

Sergeant Brit Napier
Squadron Sergeant

Sergeant Napier joined the Squadron in 2014 and has risen the ranks through mature and compassionate leadership to become the Squadron Sergeant. He is responsible for managing the Squadron's NCOs and ensuring that parade nights run smoothly.

Squadron Branch Committee

The Squadron's Branch Committee volunteers are responsible for the fundraising, promotional and financial aspects of the Squadron. They work with the OC and Adjutant to ensure that the Squadron can offer the best experience possible to the Cadets.
